Andreas Nader is a Vienna-based artist and master printer, born in 1981. He studied photography and graphic design in Linz before founding Printaffaires, the screen print studio behind most LEAP editions. For a period, he co-curated the Jan Arnold Gallery at MuseumsQuartier Vienna with Sebi Schager and launched the Perfekt Prints series in 2013. His own artistic work draws on photography, cartography, and technical drawing — always circling back to the Alpine landscape.
Wendesprung shows a figure vaulting over a ski pole — a moment of weightless suspension rendered in bold, confident strokes. Printed on vintage map test prints with visible contour lines bleeding through, each of the six editions is unique. The smallest run in the Affordable Art Fair series, and the most intimate in scale.
