Burn Bjoern (IT)

Burn Bjoern is a Vienna-born artist now based in Venice whose punk-inflected illustrations blend raw energy with graphic precision. He presented Fried Liver at the Jan Arnold Gallery.

MMXLIV — the Roman numeral for 2044 — was part of PERFEKT PRINTS Edition No. 1, twelve two-color screenprints printed at Viadukt Screenprints for PERFEKT WORLD in 2013. The title projects three decades into the future, a speculative timestamp rendered in ancient notation.
