Stinkfish is a Colombian street artist born in Mexico City and raised in Bogotá — one of Latin America’s most recognized names in urban art. He always carries a camera, photographing strangers on the street, then transforming their portraits into massive psychedelic murals that layer stencil precision with freehand color explosions. His work has appeared across more than 14 countries. This edition was produced during the Calle Libre Festival in Vienna, where Stinkfish painted a large-scale mural alongside the print release.

Black Thorns Lady brings Stinkfish’s portrait-based practice into the screen print format — the intimate gaze of a street photograph transformed through his signature layering of color and pattern. The approach shares DNA with JR’s large-scale photographic paste-ups, but Stinkfish adds a psychedelic intensity that’s entirely his own. Three-color screenprint on Munken Pure paper, signed, numbered, and blindstamped.
